Workshop on Inclusive Education Technologies Accepted at CHI’2018

Our workshop on Inclusive Education Technologies has been accepted at CHI’2018!

The workshop addresses the question of how best to support technology adoption and its evaluation in often complex educational settings when designing inclusive learning experiences that can be shared by people with mixed-visual abilities. It calls for a need to bridge cross-disciplinary perspectives and to build synergies at the intersection of theory and practice in areas of interaction techniques, education/pedagogy, collaborative UIs, and design.

We aim to bring together researchers and practitioners to share knowledge of best practices and lessons learnt for technology in this space and to explore and develop future directions for the next generation design of inclusive and effective education technologies.
